FAIR WORLD: DO FREE-MARKET SOCIALISM AND BAN COMMUNISM
 
INTRODUCTION
                The holy right to fight against evil had already been existing in the human world even thousands of years before the writing of the Communist manifesto that was the origin of Communism and all of its violent devastations.
                The reason why the act of communism in transforming the unjust societies into supposed-to-be utopic fair societies turned into many tragic consequences is – because Communism has evil defects that may result to great injustice.
                One evil defect of Communism is the distribution of equal share to workers even if the weak worker is very unproductive while the strong worker is very productive. Another evil defect of Communism is the lack of freedom when a worker wants to be relaxing and relaxing as a way of life – he is not a prisoner. The anti-Capitalism policy of Communism may also be considered as an evil defect because it may become a great obstacle for a country in getting supplies from other countries in case of famine – how can anyone trade to make a well-flowing or well-supplied economy if his economic policy is anti-Capitalism or anti-trade that is like a human being without a well-flowing or well-circulating blood in his body? The Communist Manifesto also considers the morality-promoting religions as "opium of the mass" so it is against religion –opium is a hallucination-drug that is illegal in many countries.
                A form of socio-economic doctrine that may successfully replace Communism is the Free-Market Socialism. The term, "Free-Market Socialism" shall be defined as – "a ‘policy for a society’ in which the people are free to buy and sell goods and services, free to form labor unions and other non-profit associations, given a fair minimum wage, given the fair benefits and privilege for workers, given the freedom to form and operate cooperatives, given the freedom to form and operate corporations, obeying a fair government that shall form and operate government-owned-and-controlled corporations under free and fair competition; given the fair property rights; given fairness in all other unmentioned rights; and given the most favorable protection and support in all unmentioned aspects of human life ". If all people are happy and convenient with their way of life under the Free-Market Socialism, there is no more need for a revolution.
                However, there may always be a possibility of future existence of things that are really valid reasons to do revolution like in the following situations: 1) if a tyrant perpetuates an oppressive rule by cheating the elections and if there is no legal way to solve it; 2) if the judicial bodies keep on supporting a wealthy person who keeps on killing many people and if there is no legal way to solve it; 3) if a group of oligarchs are oppressively controlling the lives of the people and if there is no legal way to solve it because they are too powerful; and 4) other related cases. If there is no tyrant, no anomaly in elections, no oppression from a reigning oligarch, and if everything is fair, then there is no valid reason to establish and/or operate a Communist revolution and no valid reason to establish and/or operate a Non-Communist revolutionary group. If everything is fair or clean in a democratic country, those who are doing a bloody revolution are like usurping dictators who are mandating, judging, and punishing people or citizens instead of the People of the country doing a democratic mandate, judgment, and execution – THERE IS NO VALID JUSTIFICATION FOR REVOLUTION IN A GENUINELY FAIR OR CLEAN DEMOCRACY; AND THE REBELS IN A JUST OR UPRIGHT DEMOCRACY ARE LIKE USURPING DICTATORS WHO ARE DESECRATING THE CLEAN ELECTIONS OF THE PEOPLE WHO SHALL BE THE RULERS AS ONE – NOT THE SINGLE OR FEW DICTATORS. But if there is tyranny, all people in the entire human world have the holy right to revolt against any evil tyrant even if Communism never existed – the Constitutions of all countries shall have provisions on the holy right to revolt against any evil tyrant.
                If the only possible legal way to stop any abusive wealthy person of one country in oppressing too many people is through a court, law-enforcing military body, and also a strong election-guarding body of the United Nations, then all the Member States shall vote to form a court with a strong law-enforcing military body and a strong election-securing body – strong tyrants are, of course, equipped with strong armed force and, of course, capable of cheating elections.
                If the United Nations can fairly solve all cases of tyranny, can strongly enforce anti-tyranny laws, and can strongly secure the elections in all Member States on the entire planet, then there is no more valid reason to revolt – just call the United Nations, and the problem is solved. In this case of strong and fair intervention by the United Nations, there is no more valid reason to perpetuate any anti-government revolutionary Communist group, nor any other anti-government revolutionary group on the planet. IF THERE IS NO TYRANT AND NO ANTI-GOVERNMENT GROUP ON THE PLANET, THEN THERE IS NO BLOODSHED FROM THEM – ALL COUNTRIES OF THE UNITED NATIONS SHALL VOTE TO FORM A SPECIAL COURT, FORM A STRONG LAW-ENFORCING MILITARY BODY, AND FORM A STRONG ELECTION-SECURING BODY TO CRACKDOWN: 1) ALL TYRANTS; 2) ALL ANTI-GOVERNMENT REVOLUTIONARY GROUPS; AND 3) ALL ELECTION ANOMALIES.
 
CHAPTER 1. THE RIGHT TO REVOLT IN TIMES OF EVIL TYRANNY IS A HOLY UNIVERSAL RIGHT OF EVERY HUMAN BEING THAT IS INDEPENDENT FROM COMMUNISM
                Even before the writing of the Communist Manifesto, the holy universal right to fight against the tyrannical rule of any evil person was already been existing – so even if there is no such thing as "Communism" nor "Communist Manifesto", there is a driving influence that pushes the oppressed people to defend for their survival and happy life.
                Communism is just borrowing sympathy-gathering power from the holy universal right to fight against evil but these two camps are separate things – while the universal right to fight against evil is under the camp of genuine goodness, Communism is an unfairness-causing disguising evil that is a parasite to the holy universal right to fight against evil. Communism uses the holy-universal-right-to-fight-against-evil as a blanket to get more sympathy from the oppressed people who cannot see such mask or blanket; but its main agenda is to establish a communal socio-economic and political system that is unfair for the strong workers who produce and submit much bigger products as compared to the weak workers and also a socio-economic-political system that do not give freedom to those who want to relax and relax as a way of life – everyone is obliged to work equally and receive equal share to fulfill the ideal communistic situation in which there is no poor and there is no rich. What if one person has a serious case of knee injury and what he wants to do is sitting and sitting while lifting his spoon and waiting to receive his share that is equal to the shares of all other workers? It is an evil thing to force people to work.
 
CHAPTER 2. THE GRAND EVIL DEFECTS OF COMMUNISM AS A DESIGN FOR SERVING AS THE ECONOMIC POLICY FOR ANY COUNTRY 
                If a country chooses to apply Communism as the political and general socio-economic policy of the land, then the communal system with equality in all aspects needs to be applied in order to conform to the doctrine of the Communist Manifesto – no poor and no rich; and everyone must work equally with all other workers. To fulfill this ideal setting, the products need to be submitted to the center in order to distribute them equally for everyone.
                It seems to be pleasant to hear the equal distribution for everyone where nobody is poor and nobody is rich but it is: 1) UNFAIR for the VERY STRONG worker who submitted a ton of the products if he receives a share that is EQUAL to the share of the VERY WEAK worker who submitted only a kilogram of the products; 2) UNFAIR for the VERY FAST worker who submitted a ton of the products if he receives a share that is EQUAL to the share of the VERY SLOW worker who submitted only a kilogram of the products; 3) UNFAIR for the VERY INTELLIGENT worker who submitted a ton of the products if he receives a share that is EQUAL to the share of the VERY INCALCULATIVE worker who submitted only a kilogram of the products; 4) UNFAIR for the VERY HARD-WORKING worker who submitted a ton of the products if he receives a share that is EQUAL to the share of the VERY LAZY worker who submitted only a kilogram of the products. Many people may not be able to see that this is a grand terrifying situation – there is a natural driving force that creates hatred against the very weak, very slow, very incalculative, and the very lazy because they appear to be like parasitic leeches on the backs of the water buffalos. How many skulls had been destroyed because of this form of hatred?    
                In a Communist situation, it will also be a grand tragedy for a person who want to quit working then keep on relaxing and relaxing because he is not allowed to stop working to enjoy relaxing while the other workers keep on working and working for the communal body or bowl of the people that is the whole country – suicide or being killed may appear if the quitting worker fails to escape from the defective country. A defective country may naturally turn into a hell-like place of suffering and death.
                Another grand defect of Communism is the anti-Capitalist policy that pushes the big suppliers away – this thing may naturally lead to great starvation of the people in times of famine. How can anyone eat apples and grains if he kicks the Capitalists who sell apples and grains away? They are "bourgeoisie" or big businessmen who sell apples and grains. Extremely hungry people may naturally be driven to kill each other in order to eat human flesh like eating apples and grains – COMMUNISM MAY NATURALLY LEAD TO GRAND TERROR.
                The problem on the grand evil defects of Communism is worsened if Communism is used as a bloody revolutionary way to change the socio-economic and political policy of a fair or clean or upright democracy. If there is no tyrant, no anomaly in elections, no oppression from a reigning oligarch, and if everything is fair, then there is no valid reason to establish and/or operate a Communist revolution and no valid reason to establish and/or operate a Non-Communist revolutionary group. CHAPTER 3. THE FREE-MARKET SOCIALISM SHALL BE THE HOLY REPLACEMENT FOR THE EVIL DEFECTS OF COMMUNISM
                It is genuinely pleasing to the ears to hear the definition of "Free-Market Socialism" that is stated as "a ‘policy for a society’ in which the people are free to buy and sell goods and services, free to form labor unions and other non-profit associations, given a fair minimum wage, given the fair benefits and privilege for workers, given the freedom to form and operate cooperatives, given the freedom to form and operate corporations, obeying a fair government that shall form and operate government-owned-and-controlled corporations under free and fair competition; given the fair property rights; given fairness in all other unmentioned rights; and given the most favorable protection and support in all unmentioned aspects of human life ".
                In fewer words, the Free-Market Socialism is a political and socio-economic system that ensures that the people, especially the lower-income workers, are not oppressed in the society and it is a system that triggers a well-flowing or well-circulating abundant economy from resources that are coming from both inside and outside the country – a heaven-like scenario in which the people are all happy, well-clothed, and eating delicious food in a nice and peaceful place.
                Under the Free-Market Socialism, the interests of the community, which is naturally composed of mainly the lower-income workers, prevail in the form of designation of a fair minimum wage that can make the workers happy, prevail in the form of a fair foreign policy like the prioritization of the local workers over the foreign workers, prevail in the form of fair control on the foreign ownership and local private ownership of businesses and properties especially land, prevail in the form of government-owned-and-controlled corporations to serve the citizens, and prevail in the form of other governmental control measures that promote and protect the community without destroying the well-flowing or well-circulating abundant economy that utilize resources that come from both inside and outside the country.
                Any extremely strict or harsh control by plain Socialism can destroy the entry-flow of abundant resources from outside the country; so there is a need to stabilize the presence of Socialism with the policy of having a FREE MARKET for both local and foreign people.
                The Free-Market Socialism is away from the defects of Communism because the people under such free-market system and principle work and earn wealth individually; and for every single effort that they give for an employer under fair labor conditions, they deserve and receive the corresponding payment in the form of money, goods and/or services. And if a worker wants to quit working anytime, he is allowed to quit anytime then relax and he will just pay any damage that may be caused by abandoning the work.
                If the Free-Market Socialism naturally creates a society of abundance, peace, and happiness while Communism naturally creates starvation, chaos, the other forms of suffering, and death, then the Free-Market Socialism shall be the holy replacement for the evil defects of Communism – which is a defective hell-like system that deserves to be abandoned forever.
 
CHAPTER 4. COMMUNISM DESERVES TO BE TOTALLY BANNED BY HUMANITY BECASE OF ITS EVIL DEFECTS
                All people have the holy right to revolt against the tyranny of any evil person or against the tyranny of any evil group of few evil people or any evil oligarchs even if there is no such thing as "Communism" nor "Communist Manifesto" – even if they never existed. Even in the human societies that existed thousands of years ago, they also had the holy right to revolt against any evil rule – such holy right to fight against evil in the past is exactly the same as the holy right to fight against evil at present, which is also exactly the same as the holy right to fight against evil in the future.
                If revolution against evil is morally accepted as a holy right before and after the existence of Communism, and if Communism is just causing starvation, chaos, the other forms of suffering, and death in the society, then Communism and the Communist Manifesto deserve to be totally banned by humanity – PUT THE EVIL MAGIC OF COMMUNISM OR INFLUENCE OF COMMUNISM INSIDE A LAMP AND THROW IT AWAY; AND IT SHALL NEVER BE ALLOWED TO COME BACK AGAIN.
 
CHAPTER 5. THE CRUCIAL ROLE ON THE UNITED NATIONS IN TERMINATING ALL FORMS OF VIOLENCE THAT ARE CAUSED BY COMMUNISM
                Communism mobilized many people on the entire planet to form anti-government revolutionary groups to replace the existing governments with Communist Governments. If the only valid justification for all Non-Communist anti-government revolutionary groups and also the valid justification for all Communist anti-governmental revolutionary groups is the presence of evil tyrannical rule, and if the United Nations can easily crack tyranny down inside any country through the establishment of special court that cracks tyranny down, establishment of a strong law-enforcing military body, and form a strong election-securing body, then the intervention by the United Nations inside any Member State to terminate tyranny is the key in terminating all forms of violence that are caused by Communism.
                If the people still do not know that the Communist political and socio-economic policy has evil defects that may cause starvation, chaos, the other forms of suffering, and death; and if the United Nations is capable of inculcating the details of such evil defects to the people of all Member States, then the United Nations needs to conduct massive information-dissemination missions in order to save the people from becoming victims of starvation, chaos, the other forms of suffering, and death due to the grand evil defects of Communism.              
               
FINAL CHAPTER. THE CRUCIAL ROLE OF THE UNITED NATIONS IN ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING THE STRONGEST FORM OF THE FREE-MARKET SOCIALISM IN THE COUNTRIES THAT ARE FACING THE CHALLENGE OF THE EVIL DEFECTS OF COMMUNISM
                During the information-dissemination missions to save the people of the Member States of the United Nations form becoming victims of starvation, chaos, the other forms of suffering, and death by Communism, one may ask the question, "What do you recommend to improve or lives if you are saying that Communism has grand evil defects that can cause starvation, chaos, the other forms of suffering, and death?".
                If the Free-Market Socialism can really create a heaven-like scenario in which the people are all happy, well-clothed, well-secured, and eating delicious and nutritious food in a nice and peaceful place, then the United Nations may present to them a detailed discussion of the definition of the Free-Market Socialism – "a ‘policy for a society’ in which the people are free to buy and sell goods and services, free to form labor unions and other non-profit associations, given a fair minimum wage, given the fair benefits and privilege for workers, given the freedom to form and operate cooperatives, given the freedom to form and operate corporations, obeying a fair government that shall form and operate government-owned-and-controlled corporations under free and fair competition; given the fair property rights; given fairness in all other unmentioned rights; and given the most favorable protection and support in all unmentioned aspects of human life ".
                It is not persuasive to contradict the way of the people in solving their problem on unjust distribution of wealth, poverty, oppression, corruption, election anomalies, and other related problems without presenting a perfect or closer-to-perfect solution that would surely put the people into the best situation that they would surely enjoy. The evil consequences of the defects of Communism is manifested by the skulls, skeletons below skulls, mass graves, and sad records in the communities of those people who applied Communism as the solution for their problem – they reaped starvation, chaos, the other forms of suffering, and death. The Free-Market Socialism is a well-balanced design that is geared to create a well-flowing or well-supplied abundant economy and create a paradise-like society of peace, happiness, safety, security, freedom, and fairness for everyone.

HINDRANCES ON THE PHILANTHROPY OF MARLON PINKIHAN VIERNES
            The reason why Marlon Pinkihan Viernes experienced attacks is possibly because of his previous actions try to help in federalizing the Philippines and in trying to protect many people from unknown murderers.
            On February 18, 2020, nighttime, intruders destroyed the wall of the home of Marlon Pinkihan Viernes at the boundary of Santiago City and Quirino Province in the Philippines; and after the said intrusion, his design that he called as the “Universal Trap” was missing and believed to be stolen. He supposed to donate any right that he may own, in this design, to the international public. He just had the enjoyment on serving the international public. This was the said design:

            After the said intrusion, the design of Marlon Pinkihan Viernes for his home-made helicopter was also missing and was also believed to be stolen by the intruders. He wanted to reserve any right that he may own this design for himself because its structure was based on his earlier design on the Trivivecopter, Tri-vive Airbus, and the Verticopter that was created on October of 2019. This was his design for his home-made helicopter that was believed to be stolen by the intruders:

            After losing the original copies of his mentioned missing designs, Marlon Pinkihan Viernes bought five dogs and several Muscovy ducks for his security. He also bought geese and Mallard ducks. But after a month of taking care of his dogs, all the five dogs were killed by unknown attacker by poisoning. Three Muscovy ducks were also killed by poisoning.
            After losing his security dogs, Marlon Pinkihan Viernes noticed the attack of robotic intruders inside his home. They were like trying to do voyeurism and trying to do theft on his documents because they were trying to take pictures on his documents and trying to take pictures in the washroom. He chased one octopus-like robot but he missed it when he went to get his flashlight and a piece of bamboo pole to smash it.
            Marlon Pinkihan Viernes was able to catch several robotic gadgets and he tried to examine them. They were like combinations of technology on Veterenary Medicine, Robotics, Electronics, Information Technology, Remote Control Technology, Telecommunications Technology, and Neuro-physics. For him, it seems that the intruders were incorporating robotic gadgets into the bodies of rats, gecko-lizards, and shrews to take videos and pictures inside his home. The intruders put micro-camera on the eyes of the animals and put micro-battery on their bodies. They also seemed to be capable in connecting control gadgets on the nervous system of the animals, enabling them to drive the said animals wherever they want to drive the such living beings. The said “robotically” modified animals are like military weapons for spying. Marlon Pinkihan Viernes also noticed that the said robotic gadgets were trying to take pictures on his keys, so he decided to buy new keys for his security. He also saw a robotic gadget that was hiding inside the tube of his toilet bowl and it seemed to be sticking audio-visual and infrared sensors outside the water seal from time to time to gather audio-visual information. He put a blocker that opens only when flushing in order to prevent attack. 
               After losing his security dogs, an act of trespassing and damage to property happened inside the home yard of Marlon Pinkihan Viernes at nighttime when unknown perpetrators entered his yard and broke the pipe of his septic tank and made it open.
            After all of the said attacks on Marlon Pinkihan Viernes, he constructed a printed precaution, on December of 2020, to be posted inside his home yard and inside his vehicles to try to stop or lessen the attacks. It was encoded as:

            Marlon Pinkihan Viernes wanted to go to the West for his safety from the consequences of his involvement in trying to help in federalizing one country and in trying to protect many people from unknown murderers. From many countless attacks on Marlon Pinkihan Viernes, he already had injured limbs and he already had pain all over his body like biting crabs whenever he stops eating lots of fruit that seemed to be like wild apples, half-cooked sprouted mungbeans, and/or the related food from plants. However, he was happy in helping people – not only in one country but on the entire planet. He was contented with his achievements.
